This place has a perfect location and offers a fantastic breakfast with delicious espresso and local products.

Clean, comfortable room, nice outlook through windows.Staff were pleasant but not forthcoming. The reception desk was not manned at times.There was good parking places.
It was further out of town that I expected (that is not the hotels fault!) so a long way to walk in. We were given guest passes but not really told how to use them (a bus ticket would have been appreciated)

Good value for Baden Baden which is a very expensive town for hotels. Our room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean - free car parking was also included. Breakfast was excellent, a very good choice of meats and cheeses and bread/rolls. A short(10 mins) walk into town. For the price - there was nothing to criticise - we would stay there` again.

The staff here are super friendly and really go out of their way to help you out. They know exactly what they're doing. the breakfast is amazing, with lots of local goodies to choose from. And the espresso from the machine is top-notch! ☕

Location good, breakfast very good.
The internet was not free of charge. Also, the owner seemed over suspicious and, for example, had us pay for the hotel 10 pm the day before we left, which was an inconvenience.

I had a nice stay with my child. the personnel was superfriendly and affable, doing their best to assist. - the vibe here was family. - It had a particularly good and perfect location adjacent to many tourist attractions in the town, the forest, and town centre.

The breakfast in the dining room is excellent with local products and nice espresso. the rooms are perfect and beautiful with very good beds. - the staff are very good. - Will come back.

They do not explain how to turn on the heater. We and children woke up cold. Wifi is very weak and no explanations were given. The policy of allowing only three persons - two adults and child - is too strong for this price.
